Our Buy-Back Scheme

If you are a beginner player, wanting to buy a new instrument, and worried about what happens if you give-up playing, the Buy-Back Scheme gives you peace of mind.

How it works

When you buy a new student instrument which also is available on our Rent-to-Buy Scheme, you have 6 months from the purchase date in which to use the Buy-Back Scheme.

If you at any time during the 6 months after you purchase the instrument you decide to use the Buy-Back Scheme, return the instrument to us in good condition with a copy of the original purchase receipt and your instructions for us to buy back the instrument.

We will then pay you 75% of the original price you paid.

Exceptions

We do not guarantee to buy back instruments which have suffered damage, although we will always endeavour to salvage something from such a situation for you.

This does not apply to instruments which have been purchased from us after rental.
