Our Gold Service

As musicians, we understand the need for support from your supplier. So in addition to the manufacturer's warranties on new products, we give our own in-house back-up service.

When you buy an instrument worth over £150 from us you are given a Britannia Gold Card. This entitles you to the following:

• 10% Discount on all accessories, sheet music, reeds, strings, (everything we sell except instruments, rental and repairs) for the next 5 years. What's fantastic about this discount is that it cam be used by all members of your family for all their items too.

• FREE regulation and adjustments to the instrument bought for 1 year.

• FREE full check-over, regulation and adjustment of the instrument bought at the end of the first year.

• Your instrument gets priority treatment when brought back for service or repair, and this applies for the life of the instrument.
